Important Advisory and Instructions for Candidates
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the official press release and advisory for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2024 Session 2. Candidates who intend to appear for the exam should carefully review and adhere to the following instructions.
Registration and Exam Schedule
Registration for JEE Main 2024 Session 2 will open soon on the official NTA website. The exam will be held on April 2024. Candidates must note that the exam will be conducted in two sessions:
Session 1: January 24-31, 2024
Session 2: April 2024 (exact dates to be announced)
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for JEE Main 2024 Session 2, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Indian citizens or OCI/PIO cardholders
- Passed Class 12 or equivalent examination in 2023 or 2024
- Appearing for Class 12 or equivalent examination in 2024
Exam Pattern
JEE Main 2024 Session 2 will consist of two papers:
Paper 1: BE/BTech
Paper 2: B.Arch/B.Planning
Paper 1 will comprise questions from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, while Paper 2 will include questions from Architecture and Planning.
Instructions for Candidates
Candidates are advised to follow the instructions carefully while registering for JEE Main 2024 Session 2:
